Washington State law authorizes public agencies to contract with one another to perform governmental activities and deliver public services through interlocal agreements.

The Revised Code of Washington (RCW) permits public agencies to list interlocal agreements on their websites in lieu of having the agreements recorded with the county auditor’s office.

Interlocal agreements shown below are posted here to comply with RCW 39.34.040 and may not have been recorded with the King County Auditor’s Office.
