Online Payment Options

ATTENTION: All customers using online payment services must register on the Customer Web Portal (except for those using the one-time “Quick Pay” option). To register for an account, click here.

Northshore Utility District has migrated to a new payment portal webpage. Our old site nud.epayub.com is no longer available. Please use our new payment portal https://paymybill.nud.net.

Payments can be made online through a Customer Web Portal (CWP). The portal, provides customers the ability to pay their bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The payment portal accepts Visa and Mastercard and Electronic Check (eCheck).

A 3% service charge is passed on to customers for use of credit/debit cards to process transactions in excess of $500 per two-month period.

AutoPay

Customer’s can automatically pay their bi-monthly bill and never worry about writing a check, paying for postage, or risk costly late fees again. AutoPay can be setup to receive credit or debit cards, or from checking or savings accounts. Customers will continue to receive statements indicating approximate payment date. With AutoPay, payments will be processed prior to the early payment discount date. For credit card payments we ONLY accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

To pay by mail, include the payment stub with a check or money order in the reply envelope provided. If the envelope is missing, send payment to:

Pay In Person

Payments may be received in the office at 6830 NE 185th St., Kenmore, WA  98028 (Google Directions). Office hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-3:30pm on Fridays. For credit card payments we ONLY accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Payments may also be received at the 24-hour drop boxes located by the front office door.

Drop box payments are collected once per day at 8:00 am.  On billing days, all payments collected at 8:00 am are posted to customer accounts prior to billing.  To ensure immediate posting of payments please pay inside or online.
