Availability Certificates
Availability certificates are required by the building permit authority and provide the opportunity for the District to review the proposed development project and inform the applicant of water and sewer connection conditions.
Complete the highlighted portions of the appropriate form(s) listed below, and submit them along with a site plan showing the improvements planned for the property. Once the required documents are received & reviewed for completeness, a link will be sent to remit payment online. Payment can also be made in person or by mail. Email completed documents to permits@nud.net.
The fee for each water or sewer availability certification letter is $135. Requests for water and sewer certificates may take up to two weeks to complete. For questions or assistance please contact us at permits@nud.net or (425) 398-4401.
