Northshore Utility District regularly updates its Water and Wastewater Comprehensive Plans. The plans are adopted by policy and provide a framework to meet current and future needs of the community. The plans address impacts of long-term growth, regulatory requirement, and land use regulations within the Cities of Kenmore, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, Bothell, and Woodinville. The plans also provide a basis for capital projects and responsible management of the utilities to ensure high quality and reliable service.
